DETAILS

• Done through Google Meet.
• Consultation lasts for 30 minutes.
• Availability:
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - 1PM to 7PM 
• Tuesdays - 1PM to 5PM
• Thursdays - 1PM to 4PM 
• Photos will be requested prior the consultation to efficiently see the lesions on your face.

• Questions and clarifications may be asked during the consultation proper.
• Full instructions will be given after the consultation fee has been settled.

HOW TO BOOK

1. Select whether you're a New Patient or a Follow-up Patient.
2. Click 'Schedule Your Time' and select your preferred date and time for the consultation by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. 
3. Proceed to check-out. 
4. Fill-out your information.
5. Choose your preferred mode of payment. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option is NOT allowed. 
6. Google Meet calendar invite will be sent to you after the team has reviewed your booking. 
7. Further details on the video consultation will be sent through a separate email. 

REMINDERS

1. Scheduling conflicts may arise if two patients tried to book the same slot. Should this happen, the patient who settles the consultation fee first will be prioritized and the patient who was bumped off will be given the earliest slot available. 
2. Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed. 
3. Prescription will be sent after the consultation proper.
