DETAILS

• Pre-consultation with the DMD Skin Sciences Team lasts for 15 minutes and consultation proper with Dr Mike lasts for another 30 minutes.
• Availability: Mondays to Fridays, 10AM to 4PM 
• Consultation is done in-clinic at The Mothership (1706-1708, 17th Floor, Centuria Medical Makati, General Luna corner Salamanca Streets, Barangay Poblacion, Makati City)
  
• Photos will be taken during the consultation proper for efficiently monitor your progress.
• Questions and clarifications may be asked during the consultation proper.
• Physical prescription will be issued after the consultation proper.
• Summary of consultation will be sent via email.

HOW TO BOOK

3. After selecting your preferred date and time, click the 'Add to Cart' button. 
   
4. Proceed to check-out. 
5. Fill-out your information.
6. Choose your preferred mode of payment. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option is NOT allowed. 
7. Go at the scheduled time to do the face-to-face consultation with Dr. Mike D.
   

REMINDERS

1. Scheduling conflicts may arise if two patients tried to book the same slot. Should this happen, the patient who settles the consultation fee first will be prioritized and the patient who was bumped off will be given the earliest slot available. 
2. Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed.  
3. The ₱2,000 consultation fee may be applied as a discount to in-clinic treatments, except for product purchases and the DMD Glow Program.
